If your deposit or withdrawal does not complete, first check your payment provider (your bank, DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment account) to confirm whether the money left your account. When you initiate a withdrawal from kaca, the full amount of your request goes to your chosen payment method, subject only to any fees your provider applies. If you incur a fee, it is deducted by your payment provider, not by kaca.
